There's something special happening across every field, court, and course at Jesuit High School, Sacramento.

The 2025–2026 school year was another remarkable chapter for Marauder Athletics, and yes, we're proud to say it again: Jesuit has claimed the Sac-Joaquin Section Commissioner's Cup, continuing our run as the top overall boys' athletic program in the section. This year was not defined by one team or one season. It was defined by depth, consistency, and a shared standard of excellence across all 14 sports.

State and Section Champions

• Cross Country delivered a historic season, winning both Section and CIF State titles and securing a record-setting 11th state championship

• Track and Field dominated for a third straight Section title

• Volleyball captured a Section Championship and finished as NorCal runner-up

• Golf posted one of the best seasons in program history, winning both Section and Masters titles

• Tennis added another Section Championship to its tradition of excellence

Deep Runs and Breakthrough Moments

• Basketball powered to a Section runner-up finish and stunned the state, upsetting the No. 1 seed in the first round of the NorCal playoffs.

• Lacrosse reached its first-ever Section D1 Championship game

• Baseball claimed a league title and established itself among the region's best

• Rugby hit the national stage and had a win during the National Championship tournament.

From football battling one of the toughest schedules around to swimming, soccer, wrestling, and water polo, showing growth and grit, Marauder teams competed at a high level all year long.
