In just their first season competing in the Sierra Foothill League, Jesuit High School Sacramento's varsity track and field team left no doubt about their place among the region's elite. On May 3, 2025, at Granite Bay High School, the Marauders captured the league championship title in dominant fashion, scoring an impressive 143 points—53 points ahead of the next closest team.
This historic performance saw Jesuit athletes qualifying for Sections in 39 entries across 16 of the 17 events—a testament to the team's incredible depth, talent, and commitment. The team also celebrated six All-League honorees who stood out among a highly competitive field.
